School Games Awards 2019/2020

In the light of COVID-19 the decision was made to pause the 2020 School Games Mark and as a result schools will retain their 2019 School Games Mark Award and those eligible will be able to apply for platinum next year.
Lots of our schools had already put in a great deal of time and effort before we entered lockdown, so we were really pleased to be able to award those schools with a certificate of recognition for their ongoing commitment and achievement in the School Games programme during the Autumn and Spring terms this academic year. Congratulations to all the schools who have been given this award, we hope you have been able to share and celebrate this success with your school community.
During the Summer term we have moved over to Virtual Challenges, lots of our schools have been sharing with us, via email and social media, how they have been getting involved with these challenges and engaging pupils with physical activity during the lockdown period. We were really please to be able to award the schools listed below their School Games Virtual Award for 2020 in recognition of their support and commitment to engaging pupils with physical activity and virtual challenges during the summer term.
