Summary of Course: A one-day course for coaches wanting to develop their knowledge of basic Cheerleading.
The 6-hour course consists of practical theory skills:
Arm Motions, Jump Technique, Cheers, Chants, Choreography, Lesson Planning, Health and Safety.
Participants will leave the course with a recognised Level 2 GB qualification and the skills to deliver Cheerleading at a basic level to community groups or schools.
Participants will receive a resource pack and a certificate of completion.
Cost of the course is £95 per person.
